Two press conferences held in Tallinn within framework of introducing the Euro

Within the framework of introducing the European common currency in Estonia, the Government will be holding two press conferences in Tallinn.

Dear Media Representative,

On Friday the 31st of December at 13.00 a press conference on the Euro will take place in Stenbock House (Rahukohtu Street 3) for the foreign media. Prime Minister Andrus Ansip, Minister of Finance Jürgen Ligi and Governor of the Bank of Estonia Andres Lipstok will talk about Estonia's transition to the European common currency and take questions. The press conference will be held in English.

On Saturday January 1st at 13.00 the Estonian Ministry of Finance (Suur-Ameerika Street 1) will hold a press conference where the first reviews will be made about the transition to the Euro. Synchronous English translation will be provided.
